REPRESENTATION AFTER CHARGES ARE FILED

If you are arrested, or if charges are filed against you and you wish to surrender yourself to authorities, Mr. Eaman can represent you from the beginning of the case through to its completion. Hiring counsel as soon as possible works to your advantage. If you have not been arrested, counsel can arrange to surrender you to authorities, which will increase the probability that you will be released on personal bond, without having to post large sums of money with the court. If you have been arrested, counsel can arrange a speedy appearance before the court to secure your release. When you are represented by counsel at your first court appearance, it can result in a more favorable decision on bond by the court.

There is a difference between whether charges are filed in state or federal court. Mr. Eaman has had much experience in representing clients in both state and federal court.
